Do I need to provide equipment for your team to use?
No. We carry our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment. We know how to use our equipment well which provides the best and most consistent results for your home.
Do I need to be home for you to clean?
No. We are able to work around your weekly schedule. If you provide a way for us to enter, we’ll let ourselves in and lock up when we’re done.
What services do you not provide?
We’re occasionally asked about services outside our scope. At this time, we do not offer the following:
• Carpet shampooing
• Wall washing
• Window washing
• TVs, computer monitors, or other electronic screens
• Garage cleaning
• Laundry folding
• Dishwashing
• Mopping unsealed concrete floors
• Heavy organizing
• Cleaning areas with black mold
• Cleaning homes with bed bugs

What kind of cleaning solutions do you use?
The cleaning solutions that we use are safe, eco-friendly, and surface specific—so it’s tough on grime but not on your health or the environment. No harsh chemicals and no fragrances. Just trusted essentials like Dawn dish soap, vinegar and water, and Ecolab’s non-toxic products.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! We carry an insurance policy through Next Insurance. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.
What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something wasn’t cleaned to your expectations, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right — whether that means a touch-up or finding a solution together. We’re committed to serving you with excellence and integrity every time.
